Prevention and cardiological assessment campaigns in the Marcelino Maridueña canton at the Paper Company

Talks on the prevention of cardiovascular diseases were given to 200 employees of the Paper Company in the Marcelino Maridueña canton of the Guayas province. During this annual health fair, the CARDIOHEREDIA team provided care to members of the institution with chronic non-communicable diseases, taking vital signs, electrocardiograms, echocardiograms and cardiological evaluations.
Comprehensive cardiological assessment campaign aimed at agents of the elite group of the Ecuadorian National Police, the Intervention and Rescue Group (GIR).
During the months of May, June and July 2023, more than 125 agents of the Intervention and Rescue Group (GIR) were part of the comprehensive cardiological assessment campaign with the aim of maintaining good health for the development of their activities. Among the studies were laboratory tests, electrocardiograms, echocardiograms and stress tests.

For World Day for Safety and Health at Work, CARDIOHEREDIA participated in the health fair organized by the social work and occupational health department of the company CRIDESA, where talks on Cardiovascular Health were given to the members of the institution, who attended with their families.

As part of our social responsibility and working in coordination with different institutions, MACOBSA company staff took part in the cardiological assessment campaign at the facilities of the CardioHeredia Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases. For two days, employees received personalized attention, in addition to taking vital signs and an electrocardiogram, with the aim of preventing or detecting cardiovascular diseases.
